The American Liberty Alliance is a national network of grassroots activists who are fighting to promote and defend the cause of individual liberty, free market principles and limited government. As an independent movement that has evolved from other successful initiatives across the country, ALA is now poised to act as a catalyst for intellectual activism on key social and economic issues, and to act as a true voice for progressive-minded constituents who need and want a closer adherence to classical liberalism and libertarian ideals.
Our story
The American Liberty Alliance began as an idea founded upon a greater concern to safeguard liberty principles across an array of social and economic liberty issues, while seeking to merge forces with other like-minded activists who wanted a more credible source of advocacy that does not confuse classical and contemporary liberalism.
As advocates for true personal and economic liberty, our founders played an important part in the formation of the #DontGo movement in 2008 in order to compel Congress to address the existing ban on offshore drilling. In the Spring of 2009, many of ALA’s founders were also leaders in the Tax Day Tea Parties across the country.

The American Liberty Alliance believes in strong and effective grassroots activism in order to protect individual freedoms, the benefits of limited government, and the value of free market principles. As an independent voice, we also believe that the free-market movement requires greater accessibility and collaboration.

Liberty First PAC
American Liberty Alliance is now being brought under the fold of Liberty First PAC. ALA will be a project of Liberty First PAC beginning February 1st, 2010
I certainly enjoyed hearing Newt speak in Jacksonville today, and shaking his hand! I’ve already voted early (it feels great!) and am looking forward to a stupendous celebration Tuesday night, Nov. 2nd!
